So you are having an event and are in need of a Food Truck (or lots of Food Trucks!) and want to know how to get the right one. You are in the right place! AZ Feastivals is Arizona’s Food Truck Matchmaker! We work with almost every Food Truck in the Valley (well over 100 of them) and run over 200 of our own events each year so we know our way around placing the right trucks in the right events. There are so many things to consider when placing a Food Truck such as:
- How many Food Trucks does my event need? How do I estimate how many attendees will eat?
- How many people can they each serve in an hour? Will my event get stuck with long lines?
- What kind of food do they serve? Will it be the right kind of food for my customers?
- Are they reliable? Will I be scrambling for a replacement truck the day before my event?
- Does the Food Truck have the correct licensing for my event? Are they approved by the Health Department?
The list goes on and on but we will be the ones to worry about that! We will be your only contact and will manage the contact with the trucks, any licensing or insurance requirements, replacement trucks if something happens to the truck booked at your event as well as any other details.
