FOOD TRUCKS 101

There are two main methods for booking trucks.

1. You can book a truck as a host – and pay for your guests to eat and drink (pay for the truck in its entirety).
2. You can schedule a truck with a guarantee. Guests or truck customers pay for their own food. In some cases, we do require a guarantee. In these cases, you guranatee the truck will sell a minimum amount and you make up the difference if the truck “under-sells”.
